NEW! HYBRID PODIATRIC MEDICAL ASSISTANTS PROGRAM

This year, the TPMA Southwest Foot & Ankle Conference is introducing a new hybrid education program designed specifically for podiatric assistants and office staff.

The program combines the convenience of self-paced online learning with a Friday-only, in-person educational experience, allowing attendees to choose the format that best fits their schedule. Both the online courses and the in-person program are included in the single registration fee.

We are also excited to welcome several new speakers this year, bringing fresh perspectives, expanded expertise, and engaging new content to the program.

Online courses provide a strong foundation in podiatric medicine, anatomy, common conditions, medications, diabetic foot care, and performing a foot examination. The in-person program features interactive sessions on patient communication, wound care, AI in healthcare, practice efficiency, team accountability, ethics, and hands-on clinical skills.

The Women in Podiatric Medicine Breakfast is a featured SWFAC event bringing together women podiatric physicians for conversation, connection, and peer support.

This one-hour session includes a moderated panel discussion, followed by audience engagement and networking time. Panelists will share insights on leadership, work-life integration, and mentorship in medicine, highlighting experiences from across different practice settings and career stages.

Designed to encourage open dialogue and professional connection, this event offers a welcoming space to engage with colleagues over breakfast.

Exhibitors are REQUIRED to stay within the official room block to ensure that we meet our commitment. To secure the amount of meeting and exhibit space required to hold our meeting, TPMA must guarantee our exhibitors and attendees will occupy hotel rooms. If we do not meet this guarantee, we incur financial penalties that will in turn increase the cost for exhibitors as well as for our attendees.

Eligibility for Exhibiting
The exhibits are an extension of the educational program of the Texas Podiatric Medical Association. Products and services must promote podiatric medicine and/or enhance the podiatric profession. TPMA reserves the right to refuse contract if they do not meet these criteria.

Assignment of Space
TPMA booth assignments are first come, first serve. Premium booths are reserved for sponsors. Review the floor plans to choose your booth location preferences. All exhibitors shall be governed by the Exhibitor Policies and Procedures, included in the exhibitor prospectus. Please read information carefully before signing the Exhibitor Contract.

Cancellation Policy
Written notice of cancellation received in the office 90 days prior to the conference will receive a refund of monies submitted, less a 25% processing fee. Cancellations 89-30 days prior to a conference will be refunded less 50%, and cancellation 29 days prior to a conference or no shows will not be refunded.
