TPMA Annual Conference - Last Day for Early Bird Pricing!

HOST HOTEL
TPMA has secured a group rate of $215/night plus $20 resort fee. Book early to secure your room. Hotel cut-off date is June 5, 2024 or until room block is full.
Exhibitors are REQUIRED to stay within the official room block to ensure that we meet our commitment. To secure the amount of meeting and exhibit space required to hold our meeting, TPMA must guarantee our exhibitors and attendees will occupy hotel rooms. If we do not meet this guarantee, we incur financial penalties that will in turn increase the cost for exhibitors as well as for our attendees.

Please ensure that all conference exhibitor representatives are registered to receive an exhibitor badge. If you require more than the 2 representative badges included with the booth purchase, the cost is $125 per additional individual.
