2024 TPMA Annual Conference Exhibitor Information

The TPMA has received your registration for exhibit space at the 2024 TPMA Annual Conference to be held at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort, June 27-30.

Please note that several booths have been reassigned to ensure the continuity of the exhibit hall. Thank you for your understanding.

Golf Tournament

We are excited to invite you to join our podiatric doctors for a friendly round of golf at the upcoming event. It's a great opportunity to network, relax, and enjoy some friendly competition. We hope to see you on the greens!

TPMA President’s Reception

The President’s reception is a great way to network with our doctors outside of the exhibit hall.

Vendors are welcome to attend the TPMA “Cowboy Shindig” on Saturday, June 29^th from 7:00-10pm. Tickets are $250 and tickets can be purchased now or by calling the TPMA Office at 512-494-1123.

Interested in Exhibit Hall Bingo?

I want to give all of you the opportunity to participate in our Exhibit Hall BINGO Game that we have found to be very successful! Attendees will be required to stop at each participating vendor’s booth to obtain a designated stamp for the appropriate bingo box. All you must do is donate a door prize. This is a great way to guarantee that doctors will visit your booth during the conference! If you are interested in participating, please email me your door prize and I will add you to the game piece. The deadline is Friday, June 14th, or until all slots are filled. We will collect all door prizes at the conference on Friday, June 27th, unless you have made alternate arrangements.

To participate, the prize must have a minimum value of $100 and cannot be your company product(s).

Exhibitor Representative(s) Badges:

Please ensure that all conference exhibitor representatives are registered to receive an exhibitor badge. If you require more than the 2 representative badges included with the booth purchase, the cost is $125 per additional individual.

Please read the following instructions carefully to register ALL of your exhibitor representatives, that will be attending the conference, to receive name badges.

Remember to download the TPMA Conference App! Receive important notifications and interact with attendees! All conference attendees are encouraged to access the mobile event app.

You can access the app from your web browser with the following URL: https://app.resultsathand.com/tpma_ac_2024. The portal is best viewed from a computer or tablet.

Sign in with the email address you used for registration. After entering your email address, create a passcode when prompted.
